Returns & Exchanges
Made-to-Order Items: Since our products are custom printed especially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that arrive as described and without defects.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email]. We'll gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please include photos of the damaged item to help us process your claim quickly.
Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days and we'll send you the correct item right away.
